Well, getting those recognitions was not that easy for Anna for she worked hard for it. Learn more.
Anna Kournikova’s diet is primarily based on portion control. She eats healthy foods to keep her in shape and doesn’t completely limit herself from anything she likes. She claims, “I don’t like restricting certain groups or certain types of food. I think everything in moderation is really the best way to go. I try to eat as healthy as I can, which is not always possible.”

Then during lunch, a salad containing grilled chicken, avocado, olives, mushrooms, and other vegetables. Then during dinner, she eats a seaweed salad, vegetables, sushi, a shrimp tempura, and a small piece of cheesecake. She also stated, “I don’t eat three desserts, or anything like that, but I’m working out and training every day so I don’t worry about what I eat” which just shows she keeps everything balance to get that great shape.
For Anna Kournikova’s exercise, she says she runs four times a week from 45 minutes to 1 hour. She believes that this is the best way for her to burn off the calories. I love anything to do with the water. Or I’ll just go grocery shopping. I have to go somewhere, do something, I can’t sit in one place,” Anna says. Additionally, Anna also includes 30 minutes of weight lifting, plus 45 minutes of cardio exercises per day considered as her maintenance workout.
