Gisele Bundchen’s diet, just like other supermodels and celebrities is the portion control diet. Gisele claimed during an interview that she has three secrets to keeping a well-balanced diet. First is she doesn’t deprive herself with any foods she like but she always check the quantity of the meal. Second, she doesn’t get rid of carbohydrate-rich foods like pasta and rice on her diet. These foods keep her well energized and happy. Lastly, she controls her weight weekly and find a motivation to do it.

Typically, Gisele Bundchen’s diet plan includes 2 slices of skimmed cheese, toasted bread wholemeal, and 1 fruit for breakfast. During midmorning, she eats 3 cookies, 1 slice of turkey plus 1 fruit. For lunch, she eats 2 thighs of chicken, 1 portion of rice, lettuce, fruit and 1 spoon o olive oil. During snack time, she eats 1 cookie, 2 slices of skimmed cheese and 1 fruit, and for dinner, she consumes 1 fish fillet, salad with tomato, 1 spoon of olive oil and 1 fruit.

Gisele Bundchen’s exercise routine, on the other hand, covers 45 to 60 minutes of her day. She loves to play beach soccer and beach volleyball to help strengthen her entire body. She jogs on the beach or on the gym to burn off fats.

Included also in Gisele Bundchen’s exercise routine are weight lifting and machines to help tone up certain muscles in her body. She also allots 15 minutes each day to do stretching and flexibility exercises before and after doing her exercise routines. Gisele claims, “I just need a beach and 1 ball to be happy. I love sports inside and outside the water.” She also does surfing during her free time thanks to her former boyfriend who was surfer champion.
