Kristen Bell Weight Loss

Wondering how this 30-year old keep her body in tip top shape? Kristen Bell, or Elle Bishop the electric girl from the hit television show, Heroes, confided that the key to her seemingly perfect abs is to keep an active lifestyle by engaging in physical activities.
Not a big fan of the monotony of weight training, this girl prefers whole body workouts like doing Tae-bo, Pilates, and of late, boxing which she credits for her beautiful abs and claims that she never had that kind of abs doing sit-ups. She also engages in other physical activities such as bike riding or hiking with her friends and playing Frisbee with her dogs. The key to being physically fit, and to happiness, she claims, is to keep moving and keep an active life.
And it looks like the non-meat diet also contributes a whole lot to achieve her to-die-for figure. This lady has always loved animals. That is probably the reason why she won’t have any meat on her plate. Kristen turned vegetarian by age 11 and never looked back.
What is normally on her plate? Tossed greens with loads of nutritious stuffs like: blueberries, walnuts, apples, raspberries, cucumber, pine nuts, carrots and pomegranate. Toss in some feta sans the dressing, and you have a tasty, delicious and very diet-friendly and healthy light lunch which can also make for a delectable snack.
Kristen also notes that when you go on a diet, it is also important to reward yourself after a while. Since the tendency to pig out or gobble up on food arises when you deprive or starve yourself. Having cheats from time to time is a healthy and a welcome break, she said, and confides that she ate Doritos all day on SuperBowl weekend. Of course, after that, you need to get back to your diet and workout routine if you were aiming to be a sexy belle much like Kristen Bell.
