Nelly Furtado is a Canadian singer, songwriter, record producer and actress. She has sold over 20 million albums across the world who became popular in 2000 when she released her debut album Whoa, Nelly!, that featured her Grammy Award-winning single "I'm Like a Bird". This diet involves doing certain exercises together with adhering to a high protein andlow carbohydrate diet plan. It’s actually great for new mothers since they eat mini meals frequently.
On a typical day, Nelly Furtado’s diet plan includes lots of fresh fruit, steamed veggies, plus plenty of water every day. She also eats powerhouse foods like almonds, beans, spinach, all-natural peanut butter, whole grains, berries, low-fat dairy products, oatmeal, eggs and lean meats to keep her metabolism active that helps in burning fats.
