Jennifer Love Hewitt's Diet and Exercise Tips for Staying Healthy

An American actress, television director, voice actress, singer, songwriter, author, and film and television producer, Jennifer Love Hewitt first appeared in television commercials and the Disney Channel series Kids Incorporated. She caught the attention of the public in her roles in the Fox series Party of Five, as Sarah Reeves, and the movie I Know What You Did Last Summer and its sequel, as Julie James. Unlike other celebrities, Jennifer is more conscious on achieving a healthy body than being lean. Let’s learn more how Jennifer is able to maintain that healthy physique.
Jennifer-Love-Hewitt.jpgJennifer Love Hewitt’s diet contains 1,500 to 1,800 calories per day. She only consumes whole grains but not after 2 PM. During snack time, she only eats protein, vegetables and fruits. For a typical day, Jennifer Love Hewitt’s diet contains mixed fruit, Greek yogurt, or cottage cheese for breakfast.
During lunch, she eats turkey, tomatoes, sprouts, mayo and mustard on Ezekial sprouted bread, and for dinner, 8oz roasted chicken with steamed veggies. During her snacks throughout the day, she consumes a teaspoon of peanut butter, laughing cow cheese, and carrots and broccoli.
But a healthy diet alone will not work in keeping Jennifer healthy, so she includes exercise routines. Jennifer Love Hewitt’s exercise regimen includes working out with her personal trainer Sant’Angelo and starts her routine with 10 minutes of cardio exercises using the jumping rope or the treadmill. After which, she does 45 minutes of toning that includes using kettlebell weight, doing bicep curls, squats, kickbacks, and full body planks with a 15 pound or 18 pound weight.
When she isn’t working out with her personal trainer, Jennifer Love Hewitt’s exercise is focused more on doing 40 minutes of straight up cardio through roller skating which is among her favourite activities, plus incline training on the treadmill, or even swimming. She commonly finishes her workout regimen through doing push-ups, body planks, lunges, and bike crunches.
