Heidi Blair Pratt, famously known as Heidi Montag is an American reality television show personality. She was best known for starring on The Hills, a former MTV reality series. She also graced the cover of Playboy magazine once. Heidi is proud of her figure because she was able to achieve this through proper diet and regular exercise. Let’s know her secrets.
Heidi Montag’s diet is strictly adhered to eating small frequent meals a day plus using portion control. Heidi states, “I never actually been on a diet. I just cut down on ice cream.” Heidi Montag’s diet strictly follows a simple guideline involving the consumption of a lot of lean protein and vegetables, 5 to 7 meals that contains egg whiles on oatmeal, ham on wheat sandwiches, sushi, and apples plus avoids drinking any alcohol beverages. She also tries to sleep 7 hours a day.
On other hand, Heidi Montag’s exercise regimen is greatly influenced by her personal trainer John Damon. She hits the gym 6 times per week with a workout regimen containing light weight training and cardio exercises. She does her weight training 3 to 5 days a week that includes leg lifts, squats, lunges and upper body weight lifting. Then for her cardiovascular exercises, she does this for 30 minutes for 4 to 6 times a day using the incline speed walking.
