Catherine Bells is a British-born Iranian-American actress best known for her character as Lt. Colonel Sarah MacKenzie of the television show JAG from 1997 to 2005. She likewise starred in the Lifetime Television hit series Army Wives as Denise Sherwood and also the movie “Evan Almighty”. You do lose weight, but the minute you have carbohydrates again, you just gain all the weight back. It’s not a diet you can follow for a lifetime-it’s boring to eat the same kinds of food all the time, and you just can’t maintain it. Moderation is the key to a diet that works for a lifetime.”
For Catherine Bell’s exercise regimen, she stays active through doing her favourite sports particularly kick-boxing, skiing, snowboarding, water-skiing, golfing, and mountain biking which is both a form of an exercise and past time for her. She goes snowboarding and skiing during the winter season to keep her body in shape.
Catherine was also honest to say that she loves most of the winter sports because its fun and it can help her achieve a greater shape. During the warmer months, Catherine Bell’s exercise routine is focused on mountain biking and golfing to burn off her calories. For kick boxing, she does this for an hour that helps her burn big amounts of calories which also tones up her body. For Catherine, “Taking really good care of yourself definitely requires planning. But if you stop and think about your future and how long you want your body to last, then the extra daily effort becomes worth it.”
