When she gave birth, Britney Spears’ diet was changed drastically wherein she limits her calories to 1100 to 1200 calories per day. She consumes 5 meals per day, three meals consuming different weight loss foods like chicken, salmon, rice, plus avocados, and two snacks that contain cheese and nuts.
Furthermore, she had to stop eating junk foods, avoid drinking coffees since it contains 400 calories, plus Red Bull which likewise disrupts the blood sugar levels and increases her hunger just like other sugar-rich drinks.

Just like other celebrities, she also has one cheat-day every week so she can eat anything she wants to eat even unhealthy foods like hamburgers, ice creams and other fat-rich meals.
But during the cheat-day, she only has 3 cheat-meals. Britney loves her diet, and feels healthy as she says, “My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch.”
Britney Spears’ exercise routine includes dancing which is obviously one of her favourite exercises and past time.  She works out five times a week with two hours of workout per day with her personal trainer.
She spends 45 minutes to 1 hour on the treadmill, plus cardio and strength training exercises in the gym. Furthermore, Britney Spears’ exercise regimen includes body sculpting exercises and dancing choreography. She often does yoga, Pilates and abdominal exercises too. Britney was even rumoured before that she does a thousand crunches per day just to keep her stomach flat.
