Kathryn Bridget Moynahan, otherwise known as Bridget Moynahan in the entertainment industry is an American model and actress. But as far as Bridget Moynahan’s diet is concerned, she tries her best to eat anything she wants especially healthy foods. She says, “I eat anything within reason. I lead a very healthy life. I’m not going to sit here and eat fried Twinkies. I eat meals. I think a lot of people would love to hear that I have a magic pill or there’s some great new cleanse, but I just don’t prescribe to that,” she says.
With regards to her workout, Bridget Moynahan’s exercise routine includes hitting the gym with her personal trainer three to four times per week. She spends at least one hour in the gym before and after she gave birth that’s why she quickly got back to her pre-pregnancy figure. Included in Bridget Moynahan’s exercise routine are resistance training, aerobics, and cardio exercises.
Bridget Moynahan’s favourite exercise routines is cardio because it burns up a huge amount of calories quickly. With regards to her aerobics, she does this at least once a week while she does the resistance training twice a week. Especially after giving birth, her personal trainer recommended to Bridget to do this exercise to help build up her muscles. Whenever she isn’t able to hit the gym, Bridget brings her child for a long walk to still keep her healthy and fit.
