Paris Hilton is an American socialite, heiress, media personality, model, singer, author, fashion designer and actress who became famous because of her sex tapes in 2003 and her appearance on The Simple Life, a television series together with Nicole Richie, a socialite and childhood best friend. She appeared in different films doing minor roles and one of her notable role was in the film House of Wax in 2005. In 2006, she also released her album entitled Paris. Paris Hilton’s diet eats well-balanced meals together with using portion control. When she wants to lose weight, she decreases her intake of ice cream, and hamburgers and adheres to the Green Leaves diet which involves the consumption of lettuce, cabbage, spinach, and etc. This kind of diet promotes satiety and at the same time cleanses the body with a flat abdomen. Paris Hilton’s diet also includes a lot of organic fruits and vegetables.

For Paris Hilton’s exercise routine, she works outs together with her personal trainer Teddy Bass doing aerobic exercises two times a week at her home. Her personal trainer mixes up her routine light cardio exercises and resistance training. Paris’ favourite sport is surfing which is fun and at the same time can burn up to 600 calories per hour.

Paris is likewise famous for always being in nightclubs dancing and singing night after night. But these activities are very effective in burning off 1,000 to 2,000 calories in just one night.
