Carbonation is just really bad for you especially when you’re a singer. No alcohol, no smoking, trying to stay away from second hand smoke. That’s pretty much it, just watching what I eat, when I eat.”
Mya Harrison’s diet allows the person to eat whatever she wants as long as she consumes small servings of her choice. Needless to say, the advantage of such diet is she doesn’t feel deprived with any food she wants to eat. You don’t necessarily have to get to a gym, I stopped making excuses for myself, but I do work out in my hotel rooms.
