Kate once said in an interview that “The weight just dropped off, my skin’s much better; I never feel tired. I just feel great,” pertaining to the Facial Analysis Diet. Running helps burn a lot of calories, keeps her fit, and at the same time relaxes her. Kate Winslet’s exercise routine also includes walking or jogging outdoors at times when she gets bored using the treadmill. “A little bit of running on the treadmill every now and then helps. It bores the hell out of me, but you’ve got to do it,” Kate states.
