After you have a baby, your body may not look exactly like it did pre-baby—I mean, our abs don't just automatically snap back, and that is totally normal. Speaking as someone who's had two, I can firmly say that it's a process feeling like your old self—and it's different for everyone.

New mom Kim Kardashian's process for flattening her tummy includes "waist training."
Yesterday, she shared a pic on Instagram that showed her wearing something that looks like a corset—U.S. reports it's a device called What's a Waist, which is advertised as being able to help women reduce their midsections up to seven inches.
And while this may seem a little wha? to some of us Americans, post-pregnancy waist-cinching is traditional in other countries—apparently, it's not unheard-of in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, where women have long strips of cloth wound firmly around their bellies to help ab muscles tighten and reduce swelling.
Kim K. tweeted on August 5 that she was having a hard time ditching the last 15 to 20 pounds of "baby weight" after giving birth to North West about 14 months ago, but she has reportedly lost about 7 pounds in the past few weeks after working out consistently and adopting a low-carb diet.
Is this something you'd ever consider trying?
